Which cover do I order for the Mario?: The Premium Single Chamber Oven Cover for the Margherita (Small) in Fullsize.
do you have take off Chimney to fit cover on: Yes, the cover is designed that way on purpose. We found that it was more difficult to remove a cover with a chimney sleeve, so we opted for a cover that requires the chimney to be removed first - it just slides off and can be stored in the mouth of the oven or on the bottom of the cart. It is very light and easy to do, just make sure the chimney is not hot.
Does the Premium Single Chamber Oven Cover for Mangiafuoco allow for the chimney. Picture does not show cover shaped to cover chimney pipe.: You would take the chimney off and put on the cover. The chimney fits in smooth and is very easy to pull out. you can do it with 1 hand. it is not heavy, just make sure it isn't hot.
Does this cover allow for the exhaust stack?: The cover requires you to remove the chimney. We designed it that way - when we trialed a chimney sleeve it was much harder to get on and off. We opted for the current cover design to make it easier to use. The chimney slides in and out very easily in seconds.
