Per linear foot, complete

The custom look without the juggling of subs.

Your client is done compromising. They want the built-in look of a custom outdoor kitchen without the multi-month build, the extended timelines, and the extra costs that pile up when a concrete crew, a stone crew, and a countertop crew all have to line up. A freestanding modular system delivers that look, with no hidden costs, and it sits inside your project schedule instead of dictating it.

No permit, no demolition

Freestanding, pre-engineered cabinetry rarely triggers the permit process a masonry build does. No footings, no inspections holding the schedule hostage.

The quote holds

The number you give the client at spec is the number on install day. No allowances, no change orders, no cost discovered mid-build.

One crew, not four

No concrete crew, stone crew, and countertop crew to sequence. Module setup is a one-crew job, and licensed trades make the gas, electrical, and water connections.

Purpose-built oven integration

The only modular kitchens engineered from the ground up around Italian pizza ovens. A flush, built-in face with proper ventilation clearance. Everyone else retrofits.

It grows with the home

Start with two modules, expand to ten. Same face, same fit, same finish, years later. Add refrigeration or a second cook station without demolition.

One point of contact

Our design team confirms fit, clearances, and lead times before anything ships. What you spec is what installs. No surprises on site.

Modules that support every
appliance on the client's wish list.

Bake, grill, smoke, griddle, chill, wash, store. Every Fontana kitchen is built from cabinet modules that connect side by side, share a continuous countertop, and read as one permanent installation. And we supply far more than our own ovens: grills, kamados, griddles, and refrigeration from the brands your clients already ask for, all through one order.

The appliance sheet

The appliance sheet
Appliance What you specify
Oven

Five Italian pizza ovens to pick from, wood-fired to gas-only to smart hybrid, each with a purpose-built module for a flush, built-in face and proper ventilation clearance.

Grill

Blaze (32–40"), Wildfire, and Lynx. Fit confirmed for the exact grill you spec before the order is placed.

Smoker / Kamado

Module sized for Kamado Joe and Big Green Egg. The smoker slots into the run instead of sitting off to the side.

Griddle

Flat-top and plancha cooking, integrated into the countertop line.

Refrigeration & beverage

24" undercounter, glass-door beverage centers, dual-drawer units. The highest-impact addition on the sheet.

Sink & prep

Supply and drainage rough-in routes cleanly through rear cutouts. Spec it in for any client cooking outside twice a month or more.

Storage

Always underestimated. Budget more drawer and cabinet space than the first sketch allows.

Two lines, one standard.

Elysia is the design-forward modular line: galvannealed European steel with a Qualicoat powder coating and a 20-year corrosion warranty that does not exclude coastal zip codes.

Ember is the coastal-grade line: flat cabinet
faces, integrated handles, flush seams, and Neolith, porcelain, or natural stone countertops. Most competitors quietly write the coast out of their warranty. Ember does not.

Both install the same way and both take the same purpose-built oven modules.

Most 10 to 14 foot configurations are positioned, leveled, and utility-connected in 4 to 8 hours. Countertop fabrication follows once modules are set. Your client is cooking the same week.

Outdoor Kitchen with Pizza Oven

The Fontana difference: our oven modules are purpose-engineered for each oven model, not universal cutouts with adapter plates. The result is a flush, built-in face and proper ventilation clearance that a retrofitted system cannot match.

Quote it per linear foot. It defends itself.

The length of the run drives most of the base cost, so frame it per linear foot of cabinetry. It quotes cleanly and it holds up against a custom build.

Cost comparison by build tier
TierCost per linear footWhat it delivers
Imported budget$600–900Imported cabinetry, limited appliances, minimal warranty.
Stick-built$750–900Site-built, contractor required, no modularity.
Fontana · recommended spec$1,000–1,200Italian-engineered, 20-year warranty, purpose-built oven modules, installed in days.
Custom masonry$1,500–3,000Three to six months on site, cost discovered during the build, demolition to change anything.

What a project looks like

Most complete Fontana kitchens, including modules, appliances, and countertop, land between $15,000 and $30,000. A 10-foot run with a grill, refrigeration, and sink typically starts in the low $20,000s. Affirm financing is available for qualifying clients.

Against the contractor build

A custom masonry kitchen often runs $40,000 and three to six months. A Fontana run delivers the same built-in look for a fraction of that, installed in days. Against a contractor build, the number defends itself.

Three steps. No surprises on site.

Talk through the site

A call with Philip. Bring the footprint, the surface type, and how the client hosts. You leave with a configuration direction and your trade pricing.

Lock the spec

We confirm module fit, grill compatibility, clearances, and utility rough-in against your drawings before the order is placed. The quote you give the client is the quote that holds.

Install in days

Modules ship palletized to the site, are positioned and leveled in a day for most runs, and the countertop fabricator follows. Licensed trades make the connections. Done.

"I looked at six different outdoor kitchen brands. Fontana was the only one with a module specifically designed for the pizza oven I wanted. Everything else was a workaround. This felt like it was designed together, because it was."
