Return, Cancelation, & Refund Policy

Returns
While it is rare that we have returns, our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. In the event that a return is necessary, please contact info@fontanaforniusa.com for return authorization.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Cancelations
In the rare circumstance that you need to cancel your order, all cancelations are subject to 15% restocking fee. If your order has not already shipped, contact info@fontanaforniusa.com immediately so that we can cancel your order before shipment takes place.

If your order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for freight charges round trip. Refunds for cancelation will subtract the restocking fee and freight based upon the nature of each specific cancelation.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund that is due, first double check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. It usually takes several days to process before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fontanaforniusa.com.

Items purchased at sales price will be refunded at that same price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fontanaforniusa.com.

After you've received return authorization, larger return items such as ovens or grills should be shipped to:

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
