Volta, available from Fontana Forni, combines everything people love about a traditional Italian pizza oven with modern control. You still get a live flame, a full refractory stone floor, and stainless steel construction. Now you also get smart controls that let you set a temperature and trust the oven to hold it. That means more confident, repeatable cooking.
Volta is also a smart hybrid outdoor oven, designed for how people actually cook at home. Use gas for everyday meals, then convert to wood when you want the ritual and flavor of a live fire. Cooking space stays the same. Performance stays the same.

It’s also offered in three refined finishes: Red, Black, and White, making it easy to choose the right model for your outdoor space. At launch only Black is available.
Set a target temperature and the oven maintains it automatically. This reduces temperature swings during pizza sessions and longer cooks.
Plug in up to two probes to track internal food temperatures. Alerts notify you when food reaches its target, so timing stays precise.
The app shows live oven temperature and probe readings in real time. You can also turn the oven off remotely once cooking is complete.
With the burner cover in place, wood sits directly over the burner. This preserves the full cooking floor instead of pushing wood to the side.
Upgraded burners bring the oven to temperature quickly. Heat recovery remains steady even when loading multiple pizzas back-to-back.
The oven operates normally without connectivity. When connected, it functions as a Wi-Fi outdoor oven with expanded monitoring and control.
The oven ships ready for propane and can be converted to natural gas. Both fuel options deliver the same cooking performance and temperature control.
The standard outlet powers the display and smart gas valve, not the heat itself. Cooking remains gas- or wood-fired, preserving traditional flavor.
Rear access ports allow gas lines to exit through the back or bottom. This keeps installations tidy in a finished outdoor kitchen.
