      Could not be happier! 🍺🍕

"This our 2nd oven. First was Mangiafuoco wood fired at our S.C. Lake house and was immediately addicted to it. Great pizza parties! We decided to move and one of our party guest bought it from us .We have since moved back to Florida and purchased the Mangiafuoco gas / wood oven as the incentives were to great to pass up. Still setting up outdoor kitchen and I’m sure many more parties will follow. The gas part of using the oven takes a little bit more time to understand than the wood BUT it is quick and convenient when your in a hurry or do not feel like setting up the wood burning process"

      Make Saturday Night Great Again!

"Fortana Fornitis is real. The afflicted are easy to diagnose .... clothing covered in flour, a desire for old world reds, a Sinatra playlist, and a grin that says I'm living the dream. Thankfully, there is no cure. Quit looking at the pictures and just buy one. Fantastic products with the best customer service that I have ever experienced."

Perfect pizza oven for an urban setting

"I had been longing for a wood-fired pizza oven for years, but it was problematic because I live in a townhouse in an urban environment, and my homeowner's association was hesitant to approve a wood-burning oven. So I sat on the sidelines for about 2 years. I was thrilled when Fontana Forni started offering the Mangiafuoco Home Gas Pizza oven. The Mangiafuoco is perfect for my townhouse courtyard. (Check your local ordinances -- my city requires it to be more than 15 feet from any structures). I purchased the kit for the oven to be plumbed for natural gas instead of propane. Unless you are skilled at plumbing, it's much safer to hire a plumber to attach the kit properly. Making amazing pizza anytime is fast and convenient, and clean up is easy with the added benefit of not having to store wood or clean up ash. In the year and a half since we purchased the oven, our family and friends have loved our make-your-own-pizza nights, and the oven has provided for many memorable get-togethers. The team at Fontana Forni provides excellent service, and they answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. They clearly are passionate about and proud of their products. We absolutely love our pizza oven and highly recommend it!"

The Real Deal! If you want authentic Napoli Style Pizza,

"Bought this oven about 2 months ago and love it! Contemplated a wood fired versus gas and so glad that I chose the gas oven. I started using it with propane but have since converted to natural gas. Natural gas heats the oven up in about 30 minutes, about half the time as it takes propane (I left the regulator that comes with the NG conversion kit off because my flame pattern looks good without any flame liftoff). Gas means that you can use your oven during the week after work as you don't have to worry about building a fire and a relatively slow heat up. A pizza cooked in a gas oven tastes identical to a wood fired oven! I also recommend the saputo stones which will not burn the bottom of the pizza, no matter how hot the stones seem to get. Can fire this oven to well over 1000 deg F so need to keep an eye on it so you don't damage anything at highest burner setting...a friend of mine has a 2000 lb Forno bravo wood fired oven and Fontana Forni is much more portable and also heats up much faster due to a lower thermal mass and the gas burners. I even throw a piece or two of wood in my oven (wood autoignites at oven temperature) to get the smoky atmosphere around the oven when cooking. Again, I can confirm that there is no taste difference between a gas fired and wood fired oven. The char on the crust due to the high cooking temp is what flavors a pizza. Vendor will not recommend burning wood in a gas fired oven as you may plug burners...but this is not an issue as long as you keep the wood away from the back of the oven where the burners are located. I also bought a snow job ash vacuum on Amazon to maintain my oven ash free. The only negative thing to say about this oven is that it is low to the ground. I solved this problem by building a base 'dolly' on wheels for about $100 in supplies from Home Depot. This raised my oven about 10" which is perfect for me at 6'2" tall. Recommend the higher quality cover to protect your investment."

      Couldn't be more pleased

"The gang to Fontana Forni USA were great, patiently answering all my questions. The oven was received within a week, dropped off in the driveway at 4:00 and cooked the first pie at 7:00, it was a breeze to set up. Having cooked in a Wood Fired Oven for many years, I anticipated the convenience of this gas fired oven, although I was skeptical of the heat attained. I needn't have been, the oven reached Neapolitan pizza temps in 30 min, the Saputo brick really does what it claims, not burning the pie at temps where a brick floor would have. The build quality is great, albeit a bit pricy. Bravo....5 Stars."

      Super Oven

"I have been looking forward to the 90 second pizza - express lane pizza! The Mangiafuoco delivered as promised! Saputo stone is the way to go. Trying to bake brownies without burning the tops next. Did have some manufacturing issues with the pressed in nut plates - 2 were not swaged into the leg and had to be replaced with a nut and bolt approach."

      AMAZING OVEN, AWESOME COMPANY

"I purchased the Mangiafuoco Home Gas Pizza Oven for a friend that is absolutely loving it. He and his friends (one of which owns a pizza restaurant) are blown away by the quality of the oven and more importantly, the food it produces. I had a number of questions about the oven before I could commit to the purchase. The team at Fontana Forni was extremely receptive and helped to accommodate certain needs. I would highly recommend the oven and working with the company directly to arrange purchase and delivery."

Great Oven heats quickly Great Customer Service

"If you are looking for a great oven this is definitely one to take in serious consideration. The Customer Service is great and we had a small technical question regarding the gas starter. They were able to help immediately with relevant advice. The Saputo Stone cooking is really the way to go. We have used this twice .. its an oven that definitely where you need learn as you go with with it. Its very powerful and heats quickly. Accordingly you need to learn the sweet hot spots in the stove. As we have continued to use, our progressive knowledge and confidence has lead to great results. The construction and build of the oven tells you that its quality. Its heavy ... ours is over 300lbs with the cart but using the cart is a breeze."

      Magnificent Mangiafuoco

"It all started with a new Kitchen aide mixer and making pizza dough. Next thing I know I bought this. Funny how things snowball. The oven is the real deal and great fun to play with. Assembly was pretty easy, needed help lifting oven to stand but that's what grandkids are for. Highly recommend for your outdoor kitchen."
