The Enosign 80 is a French-built plancha sized for serious outdoor cooking. Its enameled cast iron plate carries a lifetime warranty, and the marine-grade 304L stainless frame is backed by 10 years.
 
Three double-ramp burners spread 21,496 BTU evenly across a 27" x 16" cooking surface, so meat, fish, and vegetables all cook at the right temperature at the same time. The double-walled plate and frame hold heat without loss when wind picks up and reduce energy use by 20% compared to a single-wall design. High molded splash-proof edges keep the mess on the plate, and the tight fit between plate and frame means cleanup is straightforward.
