The Blaze LTE PRO is built for cooks who want control and don’t want to compromise on surface area. Four-zone cooking on the 32, five on the 40, with cast stainless steel burners putting out 14,000 BTUs each and a dedicated 10,000 BTU rear burner for rotisserie. The digital temperature panel reads from a thermocouple positioned directly below the grates, which gives you an accurate read on what’s actually happening at the cooking surface, not just what the hood thinks is happening. Both sizes come with two meat probes, a rotisserie kit, and a spring-assist hood, and both are built from 304 stainless steel inside and out. Available as part of an Ember or Elysia outdoor kitchen build.
