"I've used my new Roma hybrid pizza oven three times now twice for pizza and one time to bake bread. I'm used to using a wood burning pizza oven so this was a new experience and I have to say a very pleasant one. Getting the stove up to temperature in about an hour and having it maintain the temperature while I cooked about 15 pizzas was a joy. None of my guests were able to distinguish the difference between the wood fired and the gas fired pizzas. If I have one suggestion for Fontana it would be to install a thermostatically controlled burner in order to use it for baking breads Etc. It is a little difficult to get the temperature right and to maintain that temperature with just adjusting the flow of gas. All in all it's a great pizza oven and I look forward to trying it with wood in the near future."
