Our dear friend Zoë is a baking wizard and makes the most incredible baked goods.  Today we decided to bake her deliciously moist and equally crumbly blueberry muffins.  This recipe is to die for!  We followed her instructions step by step and baked in the Gusto wood-fired oven and the result was incredible!  Run, don't walk to her RECIPE!! 

Supplies:

•  The Fontana Gusto Wood Oven

Directions:  

1. Preheat The Fontana Gusto Wood Oven to 375°F - 190°C.
2. Follow the instructions for Zoë's Blueberry Muffin Recipe.
3. Serve while warm and enjoy!
