Takes a beating and keeps on keeping on

"I have had my Gusto for 10 years. It has been moved several times due to moving. Assembly is easy and convenient. Heats up strong and lasts for hours. I have cooked perhaps 500 pizza's or more over the years. Just used it last weekend 01/01/2022. Love it. We cook hams and turkey's and even can throw a burger or 2 on the hot coals using a small rack."

I love my oven!

"I have been using my Gusto for almost a year! Learning the nuances of how outdoor temperatures affect the heat and maintenance of oven temperature has been fun, like a science experiment! I have used it several times a week, baking breads, and pizzas mostly, but have made pies, tarts, meals, and cake with great results! When I shovel a path through the snow or run out in the summer to lite my oven I begin to dream of the creations soon to be coming out of there! So much fun! Also the product is extremely well built and functions as advertised so it makes it a pleasure to use!"

Fantastic addition to the family.

"We purchased the Gusto early in the spring and have been using it non-stop ever since. Absolutely well constructed and attractive design.. Our family and friends love coming to make pizza on the patio and have enjoyed everything from roasts, chicken and last night home made apple pie. It's added greatly to our enjoyment of our backyard and never fails to be encourage discussions about good food, family events and vino. This was a significant but a sound investment that our family will enjoy for years to come."

This oven is a game changer for a backyard foodie!

"We have only had our Gusto for a week, but we have already made pizza, Schiacciata bread and a delicious Cottage Pie casserole for our dinner, which was absolutely wonderful. We can't wait to do a turkey next.. well, as soon as it defrosts!"

Superb Oven

"I like this oven very much"

Jack (4/5)

Most versatile outdoor oven!

"I initially bought the Divino after considering a masonry oven to make great quality home thin crust pizzas. You don't need to cook the dough next to a fire in a masonry oven get great pizza, the Divino's high temp combined with the domed interior provides an excellent char top to bottom! I use it for roasts, veggies, breads, sauces, and love the rack height options, convection fan and light features. I've owned one since 2010."

Q&A

How many pizzas can cook at a time in the different sizes of the Gusto Wood-Fired Dual Chamber Oven? You shared a comparison chart when another person asked, but I don’t see the Gusto included in that chart.
Hi Sarah! The Gusto easily cooks 4 pizzas at once (2 on top and 2 on bottom). It's a great oven! Let us know if you have any more questions!
How many pizzas can each size hold? The graphic doesn’t change when you select different size ovens. Also, what is warranty for each oven?
Hi there! Here is a comparison chart for our ovens. https://www.fontanaforniusa.com/pages/fontana-product-comparison Our ovens come with a 2 year warranty manufacturer defect and 4 year warranty on the dome of cooking chamber.
Hi I have bought this unit in Canada First the outside gets hot but it was saying that the outside shouldn’t get hot I have two little kids am worried about them burning their hand Second would I be able to add wood chips in the cooking section to add smoke flavour
This oven uses the same insulation as our other ovens, the exterior will get hot to the touch but should not burn you. It does require a minimum of 2.5 inches of airspace. We have had customers introduce smoke by putting smoking chips or smoking pellets into the cooking chamber.
