Introducing the Fontana Volta oven, our newest hybrid oven with the same traditional elements of our oven that you love – the stones, the welded construction, the authentic cooking. Tradition Meets Technology

Introducing a smart pizza oven does not mean we are abandoning Fontana’s legacy. In fact, all of the technology you'll see is designed to enhance your cooking experience. Our ovens are still made from the solid-welded stainless steel domes made in Italy with the same cooking stones featured in our other ovens. You can still cook with wood or gas, we’ve just made a few enhancements that we think make it the best smart pizza oven.  

• Higher-output burners that bring the oven to temperature faster and hold it there with greater consistency.

• Smart control module to view oven and probe temperatures in real time

• Flexible Placement: The oven is designed to go right on a countertop or one of our pizza desks

• Connectivity Ready: Pre-configured for Wi-fi and bluetooth connection. Use our beta app to set your temperature, view your temperature and to turn it off when your food is ready.

• No loss of floor space: Decide you want to just do a wood-fired traditional cook and forget about this tech? Our new ovens allow you to do so with no loss of floor space inside the oven (i.e. more space to cook!)
  

The Volta Smart Control Module: Cook with Precision

Our goal with the smart control module was to give you the ultimate precision in cooking, allowing you to view the oven temperature and the temperature of what you’re cooking on one clear screen.

• Dual food probes: two probes that allow you to monitor what you’re cooking. Watch both chicken and fish or pizza and vegetables cook together.
• Automatic alerts: simply set your desired temperature and go about the rest of your prep. When your food is done cooking the oven will beep.
• Full access display: See everything you need on both a digital display and our app (currently in beta). The screen on the oven and app will display cook time and temperature of both the oven and the probes.
