Measuring 90 cm (35.43") wide and 92 cm (36.22") tall, the Ember Aqua Max is the larger of the two sink modules in the Ember collection. Featuring an integrated sink inset into the countertop surface, the Aqua Max brings full outdoor kitchen functionality to any configuration — enabling food prep, rinsing, and cleanup without stepping away from the cooking zone. The generous cabinet interior below the sink accommodates plumbing connections and provides useful storage space, all concealed behind soft-close double doors. Self-adjusting feet ensure level installation on any outdoor surface, while the weather-resistant powder-coated finish on all interior and exterior surfaces is built to withstand constant exposure to water and the elements. Finished on all sides for flexible positioning, the Ember Aqua Max is a cornerstone of a fully equipped Ember outdoor kitchen.

SHIPPING: Retail customers living in the contiguous United States can purchase this oven (and any additional items) with the convenience of a flat-rate shipping fee of only $199. (average savings of up to $200)

WARRANTY: We sincerely believe Fontana is the best wood-fired oven on the market. This is why we offer the best-in-class warranty on all of our ovens. There is a two-year warranty against manufacturer defect. There is also a four-year warranty on the dome of the cooking chamber. We stand by the quality & durability of our product, and we will continue to do so after the sale. Should you ever have a problem with your oven within the warranty period, please let us know using our contact page or call us. We will work to resolve any issue(s) that are a result of manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, because of the fragile nature of the stones, we do not offer a warranty on the stones. However, should your oven arrive with a damaged stone, please contact us immediately.
