"Still working on mastering the oven temp. Trying to get the dough to cook evenly. The oven is very nice and heats up well. Disappointed with the half cover I received. See photo. ! thought I was receiving a full cove. The cover pictured in this email is not what I received. Logs get wet when not in use because the cover does not extend to the bottom. The oven came in tact with no damages. Do you have a dough recipe that works well with your oven? Thank you"

"I have been using the oven for a little over a year and decided to order the Riser. I am 5'9" and the Riser puts the oven at the perfect height I no longer need to bend way down to see how the top of the pizza is cooking. Will provide some photos when the temp gets above 30 and the snow melts."

Q&A

I LOVE my Mangiafuoco and considering the riser. Questions: phot looks like a U but graphic shows it wraps around: is it two pieces. Install: "simply attach between oven and cart" - easier said that done as over is HEAVY. What specifically is the install process - am I missing the "simply" part of the install?? Any tips on lifting the oven? PS your recipes and videos are excellent and you mother ( Think I was told thats her) does such a great job; her passion for cooking is evident and is inspiring !! thank you: Hi Robert, Once the oven has been lifted up on the riser, it just screws into the bottom of the oven. The riser is 2 pieces, but is the same footprint as the oven so it is a complete rectangle. Tips on lifting the oven - remove all the stones, and have one person lift on each corner.
