Our largest, residential, wood-fired pizza oven – the Marinara Countertop – was designed to cook the perfect Italian wood-fired pizza. Even with its ample interior space, this oven heats up its floor surface to 750°F in just 30 minutes, allowing you to create superb pizza via the wood-fired stone. Consuming 5x less wood than a traditional ceramic pizza oven, the Marinara Countertop is efficient and portable, making it an ideal pizza oven for your backyard, outdoor kitchen, or food trailer. For Neapolitan pizza lovers, the optional Saputo stones allow you to cook pizza at 850°F / 454.4°C without burning the bottom of the dough. And because it's a Fontana, you can rest assured that it's engineered to perform and built to last.

How is my order shipped?

Ovens ship via LTL (less than truckload) freight with a flat fee of $199. The carrier will call ahead to schedule delivery, including a residential lift gate.
Accessories ship via UPS Ground, sometimes in multiple boxes for safe transport. Order accessories with your oven to avoid additional shipping costs, as they are included in the $199 shipping fee.

What is the average delivery time?

In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on your location in the contiguous U.S.
Out-of-stock items that are pre-ordered typically ship within 2–3 business days after arriving at our warehouse. For an estimated ship date on any out-of-stock oven you're interested in, please visit our Preorder page.

What do I need to do when my oven is delivered?

A signature is required upon delivery. The freight carrier will call ahead to schedule the delivery. You will need a few extra hands to help move the oven to your desired location.
Before signing, inspect all boxes for damage or missing items. Note any concerns on the bill of lading and take photos. If no damage is found, sign the receipt.
If you notice any issues, please report them within 5 business days by calling (877) 842-9822 or emailing support@fontanaovens.com with pictures. Claims after this period cannot be covered.

"From start to finish, buying my Fontana pizza oven was an exceptional experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the packaging protected every item perfectly. Everything arrived in pristine condition. The oven itself is top quality and easy to use. It’s a big improvement over my previous masonry oven, which absorbed water. Because of that moisture, my pizzas never came out fully crisp. The Fontana has no such problem. The very first pizzas out of it were restaurant quality, with a crisp, evenly cooked crust. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the whole experience. I highly recommend both this oven and the company behind it."

So Happy with the Wood Fired Marinara!!

"Had our first bake in our Wood Fired Marinara this Memorial Day Weekend to honor our Fallen Soldiers and to kick off Summer 2025!! Absolutely love it!! It was easy to get up to temp. The first pie came out great-I expected somewhat of a learning curve but I waited until hearth and ambient temp were where I wanted it and toppings and undercarriage were perfect. Excited to make pies for Family and Friends all summer!! The Fontana Forni team were so great to work with. They learned what I wanted in an oven and directed me toward the Wood Fired Marinara. Gas would not have served me well as I love the challenge, taste and smell of a wood fire. And because I bake New Haven Style pies (around 700) the supputto stone would not have benefited my needs."

Wicked Wood Fired Fun Festivities

"So far I've made pizza (obviously), beef stew, various veggies green beans, carrots, eggplant, etc, chicken stew, NY strip, corn bread muffins, cinabuns, roasted garlic and potatos. This weekend, turkey wing/mac n cheese calzones with a dessert of peach pizza. I love my Marinara. I'm glad I went with this larger model as it fits all my needs. One advice is that remember, when battling with temperature change, the fire will burn no matter what, to adjust the temp, your simply keeping heat in to raise temperature, or opening door and dampers to release heat lowering the temp by default. Also always use quality wood. Kiln dried is the best. The build quality is also top notch. Heavy as heck! It's very versatile, holds heat extremly well, almost too well! I would buy another in a heartbeat."

A bent-steel dome construction for maximum stability and durability. The dome is formed utilizing all solid-weld construction using 2.5mm 441 stainless steel that is reinforced with a 5mm Corten steel panel. Since 1978, our Italian master craftsmen have held themselves to the most exacting standards of quality construction. They pride themselves on building the most robust, durable oven available. We know that there is no other oven on the market that combines quality, performance, convenience, craftsmanship, & durability the way a Fontana oven does.

Several brands on the market manufacture their ovens overseas using inexperienced laborers that tend to cut costs on materials and construction which results in a less durable & inferior performing product.

Superior Construction & Materials

Fontana's wood-fired ovens are constructed using 2.5 millimeter 441 (interior) & 304 (exterior) stainless steel, 12 centimeter thick insulation, and corrosion-resistant, powder-coated metal. We also utilize solid weld construction when assembling our ovens, this yields a more durable product that will withstand high temperature applications.

Many other brands use lighter, cheaper materials, lower-grade steel, and synthetic insulation, affecting heat retention and durability. Additionally, some other manufacturers will cut costs by using spot weld construction which results in a less durable oven.
