  • 2 Bunches Fresh Chard, Washed and Chopped
  • 4-6 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves of Fresh Garlic, left whole ("in camicia") or minced for intensified flavor
  • 450g (1 box) Pasta
  • 4 Truffle Burratas


  • Preheat Oven:
        • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Clean and Chop Chard:
        • Wash and de-stem the chards. Chop the stems separately, as they take longer to cook than the leaves. Chop the leaves and set aside.
  • Cook the Chards:
        • In a preheated pan, add olive oil and garlic. Saute the garlic, then add the chard stems. Place the pan back into the oven, covered, and cook for 5 minutes or until the stems begin to soften.
        • Remove and add the chopped leaves along with half a cup of water. Cover and place back into the oven. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Season the greens to your liking with salt.
  • Pasta Time:
        • Cook the pasta until "al dente" in salted water. Strain and place into a bowl and immediately mix with the cooked chard. Douse the mixture in more olive oil.
  • Serve:
      • Arrange a heaping plate of mixed pasta. Cut a burrata in half and place it directly onto the bed of pasta. Drizzle more olive oil and serve immediately.
