nice addition to my outdoor cooking

"I had been using the Maestro 40 gas oven and the addition of this wood burning oven has really been a nice addition. Used if for the first time last week and it is easy to tell the flavor difference between the gas and wood burning ovens. Fire was easy to start and the oven stones were over 700 degrees.within 30 minutes. It is a well insulated oven just feeling warm to the touch on the outside. Pizza cooked within 3-4 minutes and turned out great. Easy to clean up and can't wait for the next pizza night. I am also looking forward to exploring other uses of the oven beyond pizza. It came with the legs detached but takes two different size wrenches. Best to have a good socket set much easier that a wrench. Need a 10 and 13MM socket. Being alone for the assembly was a little challenging but using the shipping box under the unit made it possible to roll it around and install all the legs. To lift upright took a second but not difficult to put in this position."

"My daughter had a birthday and I decided to give her husband and her this pizza oven. Best gift ever. They are young (aprox 32 years old). She is in residency with two boys. The gift was thinking they haves years of entertaining and family dinners and what gift could be more perfect. They are totally embraced by the ovens performance as well as their guest lucky enough to be invited for pizza. "I did quite a bit of research before buying the Ischia and looked at 5 other brands. This one was the best value by far and when I got it, I was shocked at how well made it was. What cover from your accessories fits this oven?: The best cover for the Ischia is going to be the Margherita full-size cover. it will be a little bulky but you can tighten it up.
Good afternoon, is this oven able to be placed on a countertop or is it only available on the stand? One 10’’-12’’ pizza only, correct?: The Ischia comes with the stand, but you do have the option to not assemble the stand. It has enough cooking space for two 10" pizzas at once.
