So Happy with the Wood Fired Marinara!!
"Had our first bake in our Wood Fired Marinara this Memorial Day Weekend to honor our Fallen Soldiers and to kick off Summer 2025!! Absolutely love it!! It was easy to get up to temp. The first pie came out great-I expected somewhat of a learning curve but I waited until hearth and ambient temp were where I wanted it and toppings and undercarriage were perfect. Excited to make pies for Family and Friends all summer!! The Fontana Forni team were so great to work with. They learned what I wanted in an oven and directed me toward the Wood Fired Marinara. Gas would not have served me well as I love the challenge, taste and smell of a wood fire. And because I bake New Haven Style pies (around 700) the supputto stone would not have benefited my needs."
