Amazing!
"Received our pizza oven at the beginning of summer and have really enjoyed cooking on it. Super easy to get a fire going and maintain temperature."
Our medium-sized, residential, wood-fired pizza oven – the Mangiafuoco Countertop – was designed to cook the perfect, Italian wood-fired pizza. The Mangiafuoco Countertop heats up its floor surface to 750°F in just 30 minutes, allowing you to create pizza cooked to perfection via the wood-fired stone. Consuming 5x less wood than a traditional ceramic pizza oven, the Mangiafuoco Countertop is more efficient and portable. Its performance and maneuverability have made this our best-selling pizza oven. For Neapolitan pizza lovers, the optional Saputo stones allow you to cook pizza at 850°F / 454.4°C without burning the bottom of the dough. And because it's a Fontana, you can rest assured that it's engineered to perform and built to last.
Chimney and chimney cap may vary for customers due to recent design updates.

"Received our pizza oven at the beginning of summer and have really enjoyed cooking on it. Super easy to get a fire going and maintain temperature."
"I happy to have made this purchase, it’s has been great so far."
"I absolutely love my Mangiafuoco. I did my research and opted for the Saputo stones and couldn’t be happier with them. This oven is very well made, heats up to 900+ degrees and retains its heat well. Truly a quality product and worth every penny."
"I started with ooni Karu for pizza baking and decided to step up the game with Fontana . The mangiafuoco with saputo stones was the perfect oven for me. My pizza is always cook evenly.. Even the sourdough bread has that unique hearth taste with wood fire baking. Cheers to many delicious meals to come!"
"We love our new pizza oven. We are still practicing perfection but it cooks our pizza in about one minute and is just super easy!"
"This oven is fantastic. The build quality, packaging, and customer service are top notch. Don’t hesitate to go with this oven!"
"I have been researching and comparing ovens for close to a year. Fontana may not be the cheapest but its quality oven cannot be beat. The Saputo stones worked exactly as described and took our pizzas to the next level. My wife is not a big char (burnt as she calls it) pizza woman. She likes her pizza like she likes her cookies. Cooked and not burnt. The Saputo stones do just that, fully cook the pizza and not steam burn the bottom causing char. Just cooked steaks to a perfect medium rare and they were the juiciest steaks I’ve ever had. Our oven came with a scratched front door. I took a picture and emailed customer service and a new one was shipped out that day to us. If you’re still researching which brand to buy, STOP! This is the oven for you! Awesome Oven with Awesome Customer Service!!"
"Love this wood burning oven . I also purchased the saputo stones which makes it virtually impossible to burn the pizza even at 900 degrees. The oven is premium quality. I am going to purchase a gas version for my other home next month only because of rules in my neighborhood."
"So far I love this oven. It heats up beautifully and the pizzas come out amazing…..when I cook them right. LOL! Oven shipped quickly, the trucking company was great and customer service at Fontana has been excellent. I’m very happy with moth purchase."
"Still waiting for the super stones that I paid for, were supposed to be shipped with the oven"
Since 1978, our Italian master craftsmen have held themselves to the most exacting standards of quality construction. They pride themselves on building the most robust, durable oven available. We know that there is no other oven on the market that combines quality, performance, convenience, craftsmanship, & durability the way a Fontana oven does.
Several brands on the market manufacture their ovens overseas using inexperienced laborers that tend to cut costs on materials and construction which results in a less durable & inferior performing product.
Fontana's wood-fired ovens are constructed using 2.5 millimeter 441 (interior) & 304 (exterior) stainless steel, 12 centimeter thick insulation, and corrosion-resistant, powder-coated metal. We also utilize solid weld construction when assembling our ovens, this yields a more durable product that will withstand high temperature applications.
Many other brands use lighter, cheaper materials, lower-grade steel, and synthetic insulation, affecting heat retention and durability. Additionally, some other manufacturers will cut costs by using spot weld construction which results in a less durable oven.
