A full 12 centimeters of insulation surrounds the entire cooking chamber to maximize heat retention and cooking efficiency. Our ovens are so well insulated that the exterior is safe to the touch while at cooking temperature.

Fontana ovens consume much less wood than a traditional ceramic oven; up to 60% less in some cases. You can preheat our commercial ovens in 30 - 45 mins. A built in ceramic oven can take hours to preheat depending on the humidity of its location.
Easy to Setup
With the Fontana there is no masonry work required: the Fontana arrives pre-built from the factory and ready for use. There is considerably less setup time compared to a traditional ceramic oven. You only need to assemble the cart and secure the pre-built oven with several screws.
