Maximum Insulation
This Pizza e Cucina utilizes a natural rock-spun wool insulation in the flip top dome for maximum heat retention when using the unit as a pizza oven. This allows you to cook for longer while consuming less wood.Â

The Pizza e Cucina includes two stainless steel damper controls for maximum heat retention and precise temperature control. Additionally, the fire chamber on each side has a vent control for regulating the amount of oxygen to each fire.
