- Preheat The Gusto Wood Oven to 350°F - 176°C.

- Once the batter is in the baking sheet with a last sprinkle of chocolate chips, place the pan in the wood-fired oven for 30-35 minutes. When time is up, remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into bars. If you are too impatient, eat them straight out of the baking pan with a generous scoop of ice-cream! Enjoy!
