About Wooden Peel
When baking bread, we prefer to use the wooden peel over an aluminum peel. We often bake several loaves at the same time. Using a large wooden peel allows for the possibility of transferring multiple loaves into the oven at the same time. Additionally, a wooden peel will absorb any moisture from the dough should you miss a spot when dusting the peel.
