Measuring 90 cm (35.43") wide and 92 cm (36.22") tall, the Ember Oven Max is a dedicated modular cabinet engineered for direct top installation of Fontana wood-fired or gas ovens. Its well-proportioned platform provides a stable, level foundation for the oven while the spacious interior compartment below stores firewood, oven peels, and other accessories. Soft-close double doors keep the cabinet interior protected and organized. Self-adjusting feet ensure a secure footing on uneven outdoor surfaces, while the weather-resistant powder-coated finish on all interior and exterior faces delivers lasting performance in any climate. Finished on all sides for versatile placement in a linear or island configuration, the Ember Oven Max is the essential building block for any Ember outdoor kitchen centered around the art of wood-fired cooking.

SHIPPING: Retail customers living in the contiguous United States can purchase this oven (and any additional items) with the convenience of a flat-rate shipping fee of only $199. (average savings of up to $200)

WARRANTY: We sincerely believe Fontana is the best wood-fired oven on the market. This is why we offer the best-in-class warranty on all of our ovens. There is a two-year warranty against manufacturer defect. There is also a four-year warranty on the dome of the cooking chamber. We stand by the quality & durability of our product, and we will continue to do so after the sale. Should you ever have a problem with your oven within the warranty period, please let us know using our contact page or call us. We will work to resolve any issue(s) that are a result of manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, because of the fragile nature of the stones, we do not offer a warranty on the stones. However, should your oven arrive with a damaged stone, please contact us immediately.
