If you place an order using email or fax, please include:
1. Your Contact Info (name, billing address, phone, email)
2. The item numbers of the item(s) you would like to order
3. The physical address of the delivery address including zip code.
Shipping
We can ship anywhere. Most items are shipped by common carrier, expertly packed, and insured so that you can be confident your items will arrive in perfect condition. Because of our volume, we receive very competitive rates from the carriers we use and and we pass that savings on to the customer. Since rates are based on weight, please call for a shipping quote.
Returns
All returns must have a return authorization number and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
